‘Green Field, July Evening’ is a pastel painting measuring 28.5” x 34”. It is framed with natural ash, white matting, all archival materials, and Museum Glass, which virtually eliminates glare and reflections. The rich greens and pastoral feel speak to the lush growing season here in Michigan. I was particularly taken with the raking shadows of the early evening sunlight.
